3. Hosting und Server-Logfiles
Diese Website wird bei Netlify gehostet (Netlify, Inc., 101 2nd Street, San Francisco, CA 94105, USA). Beim Aufruf verarbeitet Netlify automatisch technische Daten, die dein Browser übermittelt:
- IP-Adresse
- Datum und Uhrzeit des Zugriffs
- aufgerufene Seite bzw. Datei
- Referrer-URL (zuvor besuchte Seite)
- Browsertyp und Betriebssystem

5. Adobe Fonts
Für die Schrift „Freehouse“ nutzen wir Adobe Fonts (Adobe Systems Software Ireland Limited, 4–6 Riverwalk, Citywest Business Campus, Dublin 24, Irland). Beim Laden der Seite baut dein Browser eine Verbindung zu Servern von Adobe auf; dabei wird deine IP-Adresse übermittelt. 7. Konzerttermine (Songkick)
Unsere Konzerttermine pflegen wir bei Songkick (betrieben von der Suno, Inc., USA). Unser Server ruft die Termine direkt bei Songkick ab und zeigt sie hier an. Dein Browser baut dabei keine Verbindung zu Songkick auf, und es werden keine Daten von dir an Songkick übermittelt. Erst wenn du auf einen Termin klickst, öffnest du die Songkick-Seite; dort gilt die Datenschutzerklärung von Songkick.
8. Links zu sozialen Netzwerken
Auf Instagram, TikTok, YouTube und Facebook verweisen wir nur über einfache Links. Es werden keine Social-Media-Plugins eingebunden; Daten werden erst übertragen, wenn du einen Link anklickst. Auf der jeweiligen Plattform gelten deren Datenschutzbestimmungen.
9. Kontakt per E-Mail
Wenn du uns schreibst, verarbeiten wir deine Angaben (z. B. Name, E-Mail-Adresse, Inhalt der Nachricht), um deine Anfrage zu beantworten. Rechtsgrundlage ist Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. b DSGVO bei Booking- oder anderen Vertragsanfragen, ansonsten Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. f DSGVO. Wir löschen die Daten, sobald sie nicht mehr erforderlich sind und keine Aufbewahrungspflichten entgegenstehen.

3. Hosting and server log files
This website is hosted by Netlify (Netlify, Inc., 101 2nd Street, San Francisco, CA 94105, USA). When you visit, Netlify automatically processes technical data sent by your browser:
- IP address
- date and time of access
- page or file requested
- referrer URL (previously visited page)
- browser type and operating system
This data is technically required to deliver the site and run it securely. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. Netlify may process data in the USA and is certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework. More: Netlify Privacy Statement.
4. Local storage
This website does not set any cookies of its own. We only use your browser’s local storage to remember your language (DE/EN) and your choice in the cookie notice. This never leaves your browser and is strictly necessary for the function you requested (§ 25(2) no. 2 TDDDG). You can change your choice at any time via “Cookie settings” in the footer.
5. Adobe Fonts
For the typeface “Freehouse” we use Adobe Fonts (Adobe Systems Software Ireland Limited, 4–6 Riverwalk, Citywest Business Campus, Dublin 24, Ireland). When the page loads, your browser connects to Adobe’s servers and your IP address is transmitted. Data may be transferred to the USA; Adobe is certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework. The typeface “Space Mono” is served from our own server; no connection to Google is made.
6. Embedded content (only with consent)
The Spotify, Deezer and Apple Music players as well as YouTube videos including their preview images only load once you choose “Accept” in the cookie notice or click one of the load buttons. The legal basis is your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR, § 25(1) TDDDG). You can withdraw it at any time via “Cookie settings” in the footer.

7. Concert dates (Songkick)
We manage our concert dates on Songkick (operated by Suno, Inc., USA). Our server retrieves the dates directly from Songkick and shows them here. Your browser does not connect to Songkick and none of your data is sent to Songkick. Only when you click a date do you open the Songkick page, where the Songkick privacy policy applies.
8. Links to social networks
We link to Instagram, TikTok, YouTube and Facebook with simple links only. No social media plugins are embedded; data is only transferred once you click a link. The platform’s own privacy policy then applies.
9. Contact by email
If you email us, we process your details (e.g. name, email address, message content) to answer your request. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR for booking or other contract-related inquiries, otherwise Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. We delete the data once it is no longer needed and no retention obligations apply.
